- Groom pets according to specific breed standards and customer preferences - Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur or feathers - Clip nails and clean ears - Perform basic health checks and report any abnormalities to pet owners - Provide compassionate care and ensure the well-being of pets during grooming sessions - Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pet groomer or in a related field such as veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, or animal care - Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements - Ability to handle animals with care and compassion - Strong animal restraint skills - Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners - Ability to lift heavy objects (e.

, large dogs) and stand for extended periods of time Note:
Equine grooming experience is not required for this position.
