Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage inside sales and aftermarket initiatives for intercompany, dealer, and customer accounts. Oversee the execution of all sales transactions, including verification of terms of sales, order entry, and all facets of scheduling, invoicing, and returns. Establish and Maintain an orderly customer service workflow according to priorities to enhance customer experience by smooth internal order operations Generate/Review reports (Open order, Booking, Billing, S&OP, etc) on daily, weekly, monthly basis; ensure report correctness Secure sales orders for machines and parts in line with agreed targets, while maintaining and improving sales margins. Maintain a thorough commercial and technical knowledge of our products and ability to answer customer inquiries and meet demands. Develop and maintain a complete understanding of marketplace products; concepts, product enhancements, competitor product offerings. Build and maintain customer relationships on an individual level and may be required to support trade show activities and customer meetings with some travel required. Ensure all dealer accounts are formally contracted, current and aligned to Terex Standards. Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales and aftermarket team members, monitor work quality, timeliness, decision making, interviewing/hiring, overtime scheduling, issuing escalation if necessary, conducting performance appraisals and providing on-going coaching/feedback to the team. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment. Assist in internal organization of new and legacy product lines to maintain efficient workflow. Assist in coordination of freight arrangements, schedule changes, delivery issues, container load-building Assist in training and advising dealer staff (or end users) on company products, machine applications, services, and basic aspects of technical sales. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
