We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to primarily provide insurance verification for our patients and appointment scheduling for 3 full time hygienists.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working and professional.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet visitors and answer phones.
Scheduling appointments (primarily for hygiene).
Verify patient dental insurance.
Checking patients in and out.
Maintain the highest level of customer service for our patients and their families.
Skills:
Experience is preferred.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Knowledge and experience with dental practice software (Dentrix) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail is a must in this role.
Must be able to work flexible hours between the hours of 8:
30am-5:
00pm Monday-Thursday.
