Responsibilities: Commercial Lawn Care Experience required. The Lawn Care worker shall perform skilled landscaping and manual work necessary to maintain grounds. Work is accomplished within established procedures, operate a zero turn lawn mower, have straight and consistent lines. String trimming with a power string trimmer, edging with a power edger. Occasionally trims shrubs, tends flower beds and regularly inspects assigned work areas to ensure proper standards are maintained. Operates lawn and grounds equipment including power mowers, snow blowers, bucket loaders and other power equipment, enforces safety regulations at the work site. Operating a brush hog, chipper shredder and various landscaping equipment. Labor involves lifting up to 80 pounds, lifting large tree branches. Operating a back pack blower.
Qualifications:
A team player with a positive attitude is a must.
At least one year of experience in this field.
Must be self-managed.
The willingness to deliver excellent customer service.
Criminal and driving background will be checked and must be clean.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
Must be able to work outside for extended length of time.
Follow procedures and guidelines as set forth by the company.
Must be able to endure long periods of standing and walking.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
