Terex?MPS provides a complete range of crushing and screening equipment to customers around the world operating in four key industries:
Mining
Aggregates
Demolition and recycling
Industrial minerals
Our equipment is designed to produce the highest quality end products in processing hard and soft rock, sand and gravel, ore and industrial minerals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and align annual business plans for each dealer and direct customer account, providing regular documented feedback on progress vs. plan throughout the year.
Establish dealer sales targets and provide forecasts for machines sales, in line with annual business plans.
Identify, appoint and assist in the development of new dealer accounts.
Develop, implement and manage sales and marketing initiatives for dealer and customer accounts.
Secure sales orders for machines and parts in line with agreed targets, while maintaining and improving sales margins.
Maintain a thorough commercial and technical knowledge of our products and ability to meet customer demands.
Train and advise dealer staff (or end users) on company products, machine applications, services, warranties and basic aspects of technical sales.
Develop and maintain a complete understanding of marketplace products; concepts, product enhancements, competitor product offerings.
Carry out ongoing research of local market and business activity and identify new opportunities for current and future products
Receive feedback on existing products and services as well as changes, enhancements, and new products and convey information to engineering and market team members for research and development.
Coordinate and assist in customer and dealer visits to the factory as necessary.
Ensure all dealer accounts are formally contracted, current and aligned to Terex Standards.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma required with additional education preferred.
Minimum one year of sales experience ideally within the capital equipment industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability develop long term business relationships with key accounts and distributors
Affinity for technical product expertise with capital equipment.
Successful proven track record in growing sales within a region by acquiring new customers and developing dealers.
Fluency in English required. Spanish / French an asset.
Knowledge of the principles and practices involved in new business development,
Technical and mechanical aptitude required
Ability and willingness to travel (approx. 70%)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
