Parts Support Manager

The Aftermarket Parts Manager position will be responsible for the proactive support and promotion of the spare parts used on mobile and stationary crushing and screening equipment. They will direct the sales support team to meet or exceed business objectives. In addition to team supervision and leadership, daily responsibilities will include answering incoming part calls, preparing quotes, proposals, pricing, processing orders, returns and responding to customer inquiries, questions or opportunities regarding the Parts Department. Responsibilities: Engage with and support distribution network to achieve business targets. Train distribution network in company policies, department procedures and company-provided business tools (Helpdesk, Distributor Portal, Ecommerce) Support the job functions of Parts Support Representatives. Train employees in company policies, department procedures, job duties, operational safety and to support the goals of the company. Documents and enforces sales policies, standard operating procedures and best practices. Determine and monitor the department's key performance indicators, such as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate and gross profit percentage Supervise, develop and mentor aftermarket sales support team Develop pricing recommendations used market data and analytics Develop inventory recommendations using historical data and analytics Coordinate development of new and updated Recommended Spares Lists Answer calls and respond to customers same day, either by email or phone Quote parts and equipment rebuild recommendations Work with internal departments to meet customer needs Notify manager of escalated issues that might arrive Work overtime, weekends or holidays when needed Periodic travel (approx. 10-15%) within North America to support business objectives   Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Consideration given for candidates with equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a heavy equipment aftermarket sales leadership role Valid passport and ability to travel outside the United States Preferred Qualifications: Experience/history in the aggregate or mining industries a plus Experience in aftermarket parts is highly preferred Experience with profit and loss responsibility and management Experience in personnel management and proven team leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Exceptional skills with data analytics Ability to cultivate a team spirit with the respect of others Good interpersonal skills High ethical values Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel in particular   Job ID: 394

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
